"Friends list empty and other issues"

#PokemonGO: I had 50 people in my friends list last night when I went on today 20 minutes ago all of them were gone. I know the people I friended still have me on their list as one of them invited me to a raid which when accepted I was the only one there. Again when I closed the game last night I could see how far I walked this week how many eggs hatched ect. But again it isn't showing up. I've closed the game totally restarted it but it still does the same thing.I can do everything else but my friends list and fitness metric.
