"Imagine having your Pokémon grow during your game?"

In the anime we have seen Pokémon grow as they get older and mature, and I think this would be an amazing idea to implement in the games. In the first season of the anime we see a young baby Pikachu who is just like the others but a baby, since at the time Pichu wasn’t around yet. Also in the first movie we see a young Mewtwo who looks very similar but obviously much younger and smaller. What would you think of something like this being implemented for 1st and 2nd stage Pokémon evolutions in which every few levels or so they get an increase in height and weight. This idea, coupled with watching your Pokémon grow as they battle and seeing their size change while they follow you around in the overworld would add a great amount of depth and bonding with your Pokémon.
