"This may sound dumb but..."

#PokemonGO: This may sound dumb but Pokémon go has actually been helping with my depression. I never have motivation to get out of bed, but now I’ve been taking walks around my neighbourhood to catch Pokémon.Sunlight helps produce seratonin which makes you happy and I’ve been noticing a difference with my mood and overall mental health.
