"Zacian and Zamazenta are traitors to the Galarian crown [Theory]"

Monarchs in pokemon are not a new thing. Unova had their two kings, Kalos had (and still has I guess) AZ, and Alola had a king based on Magearna's dex entry. However Galar is different because their original king was a pokemon. That pokemon being Calyrex. But if Calyrex was the original king of Galar, why isn't he now? Normally kings would give up power to their heirs when they die, but from the trailers we can see that Calyrex is still very much alive and well. So what gives?Well, we know from the datamine that Calyrex will be able to fuse with two different pokemon (neither of which are Zacain or Zamazenta). So it looks like we have a Kyurem situation going on here, where there used to be an original form, but it has since been split into 3 different pokemon and cannot be reformed (as far as we know). So the question remains, how did this happen? My theory is that Calyrex, in his prime form, was an absolute beast of a pokemon. Im talking Mega Ray-quay-quay levels of beast. Calyrex is one step away from being god. And the fact that he could be overthrown by his own creation scares Arceus. So he develops a plan to overthrow Calyrex. But of course Arcues can't just come down there and judgement Calyrex's ass himself, it'd tarnish his reputation as a benevolent god. So he blesses two pokemon with holy power or some shit and tells them to overthrow Calyrex. These two pokemon are none other than Zacian and Zamazenta. They quickly overwhelm Calyrex, splitting him into three parts, and Zacain and Zamazenta go onto rule Galar alongside the two heroes. Calyrex in his weakened state cannot fight back, and so he goes into exile within the Crown Tundra, and any mentions or memorials of Calyrex are destroyed, hence the reason why we don't see any mention of him in mainland Galar or the IOA, and Calyrex is forgotten to time.Another thing I find intresing is that Arceus has a base stat total of 720, and there are only two other pokemon with a 720 bst. Those being the crowned forms of Zacain and Zamazenta. They literally have the stats of God himself.I know this theory is about as stable as the Middle East, but I just though it would be interesting to share my thoughts, and see if anyone else has something to say about it. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3iVjEe5
