"I think Pokemon Black and White deserve more credit for being the only main series game that doesn't end with a Champion Battle"

Seriously, how cool is it that this game ends with you fighting the evil team boss instead of the champion. And the lead up to the fight was also really tense because thats the only time in the game where you fight Ghestis. I always found it weird that in previous games you would fight the team leader early in the game and he had weak pokemon. I think it makes more sense that Ghestis always had powerful Pokemon, and that you just happened to fight him when you were strong too.Overall, while Pokemon BW were nowhere near revolutionary, its obvious Gamefreak took more risks and were more creative with gen 5. Its too bad that the community didnt like it initially and said it was too different, because Gamefreak mustve heard that and made all the later games more formulaic. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3g3BtVC
