"Castform needs a buff."

Castform is a very cool Pokemon, with a very unique idea, but in practice it is not very good. Castform has a base stat total of 420, with 70 in each stat. The way Castform could be buffed is to make it so that when it transforms into a weather variant, it gets a buff of 100 or even just 50 to its BST. I think a small buff going to health, defenses, and speed, with most of the buff going to special attack would be best.
