"Master Ball implementation idea"

#PokemonGO: My idea is that there would be a Rocket Special research that you would get only once a year, where in the end when you defeat Giovanni, you will receive the Master ball from him (that decision would make sense since in gen 1, the goal of TR was to obtain the ball).
