"Whyre Pokémon so hard to catch?"

#PokemonGO: I shouldn’t need a raspberry and an ultra ball to catch a 200cp Pokémon. Is it just me or did they make it 20x more difficult to catch Pokémon? I feel like I’m order to catch anything without wasting 59 pokeballs, I have to use berries and an ultra ball, and even then a 200 cp Pokémon breaks out. WHY.
