"Regigigas is my highest Cp Pokemon"

#PokemonGO: I was battling Regigigas and it had ??? as the CP and I was confused because I didn't know what that meant and I caught and it turned out that it had a CP of 3086. This is my highest CP pokemon. The highest previously was my Shiny Garchomp I got on the last Community day which had a CP of only 2981. I was shocked! Turned out it had max EVs in HP and standard in everything else but who knew! I even beat a klink raid alone with Regigigas and was so happy!
