#PokemonGO: Today, Niantic decreased the gym and poke stop interaction distance. This is a disregard for player safety as we are still dealing with new Covid variants around the world. The increased distance made the game more accessible to many players while trying to stay safe. Niantic needs to know that this is a new “normal” and will be for some time. They could easily keep the increased distance in game permanently. The only way they will understand how this change affects us is through profit loss.
