"My son is DEVESTATED that he unknowingly overwrote his best Pokemon, Charizard's, biggest damage move. I don't know what to do."

#PokemonGO: I don't play the game but since my children love it, I naturally try and show an interest in what they're playing.​This game gets them moving and collaborating together. However, my oldest son has been crying saying that he taught his charizard a new move and now he lost his "160 damage is now only 40 move". I have no idea what to do, so if anyone on here can tell me if there's hope, that would be awesome.​If not, he's got to learn to read everything before clicking randomly (he's 8).​EDIT: Thanks for all your help!
