"Best Game of the 3D era?"

Just thought I'd ask y'all what you think the best game of the 3D era is. It feels like the series was going through a constant evolution up until B2W2. With the journey into 3D it feels like that constant evolution was traded in and following that they kind of started this very experimental phase, with all these different mechanics and gimmicks and all that. Each game in this 3D era has had some sort of experiment in them, whether it's a mechanic or the general direction, so which experiment do you think panned out the best?
