For me, that Pokémon is Barbaracle.A Pok´emon that is greatly disliked and as far as I know, it is mainly (or even solely) because of it's design. Appearently, it is hideous and looks far too strange.And I'm just like: it is supposed to be a group of barnacles that teamed up. Do you know how barnacles look like?I like Barbaracle becauseIts design is actually unique opposed to the countless dogs and foxes we gotIts movepool is pretty good (Shell Smash.
