"Do you use pokemon from the legendary trios during a playthrough? Why, why not?"

As the title says do you use pokemon like Moltres, Raikou and Regirock during a playthrough of a game? And if so why? And if not why not?I ask this because these pokemon are in a unique position. They are legendary pokemon but they tend to have a BST of 580 (both Glalie and Lopunny have this same BST) so I feel they fall into a grey area of being powerful but not as powerful as box legendaries, mythicals or pseudo legendaries. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/nsU1zwv
