"Non-mascot Pokémon you could see as mascots?"

Minus like Pikachu and Eevee of course, what Pokémon could you see as a mascot for the franchise? Not in terms of popularity, say like Psyduck and Snorlax, but in terms of just “it would make sense”.Honestly I could see like Buizel, Shinx, and Goomy for example. I couldn’t tell you why though, it just seems right. That’s what I’m going for here.Edit: good lord this wording is awful.
