"When was the last time Ash attacked and caught a wild Pokemon?"

Anyone ever notice how Ash only seems to "catch" Pokemon by befriending them these days?Not including defensive catches (ie, the wild Pokemon initiated the attack and Ash catches it at the end of the battle), obviously, just ones where Ash initiated the attack for the purposes of catching and he caught it then and there (rather than failing and later on befriending it).Note that I haven't seen more than the first season of Journies (back when it first came out), so... via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/Egycz6r
