"A lot of people are misunderstanding the Paradoxes"
I noticed while seeing the discussions & theories people are having that there are some misconceptions and details people are forgetting/missing/not realizing about the Paradox PokémonThey are not from the past or the future, and there are a few things in Scarlet & Violet that are pointing us to this conclusionAll of the Paradoxes’ Pokédex entries are either “it looks like a thing mentioned in a book/magazine” or complete nonsense. Scream Tail is from 1,000,000,000 years ago, Iron Treads is weapon sent by aliens, Iron Bundle was created by an ancient civilization while also being from the future, Iron Jugulis is the offspring of a Hydreigon that banged a robot, etc.Furthermore, it is established that they all originated from the “Time Machine”, which was only built because the professors saw them in the books, which were written before the “Time Machine” was built, so how were there sightings of Pokemon that couldn’t have been there? And how are there no fossil records of the past paradoxes? Why are they so mysterious when they should as well known as all of the fossil Pokemon? It’s illogical. It doesn’t make sense. It’s a paradoxAlso, the designs of the paradox Pokemon are questionable if they are to be believed to be from the past/future. All of the past paradoxes could be collectively described as “X Pokemon but a dinosaur”, with spikes and a tail if they don’t already have one. The future paradoxes could be collectively described as “robotic versions of Pokemon”. Surely not everything would be like that at those times, it seems like something out of some wild imagination. An imagination that became a realityI’m sure we’re all familiar with “The Disk Legendary” shown in the Scarlet/Violet book, strongly hinted at to be the source of Terastalization, and able to make dreams a reality. Dreams such those of Pokemon from an ancient past or distant futureThe machine created with/from this currently unknown legendary Pokemon is pulling from the professors’ imaginations of what Pokemon the expedition team drew in their book with their wild, impossible ideas. Ideas like a fusion of the Legendary Beasts & Swords of JusticeAs Arven says, “But my mom/dad believed that nonsense-and even managed to make it a reality”.TLDR: the paradox Pokemon are likely not actually from their respective time periods, but actually created by the machine from the explorers’ & professors’ imaginationsThis is a theory above all else, there could absolutely be another explanation, this is just what I feel makes the most sense and leaves the least unanswered questions via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/9K8kZSO
