"What’s the Niantic logic of these Latios / Latias raids that require 7-8 ppl to win? You can’t even invite that many."

#PokemonGO: The game has literally 0 built in mechanics to help bring more in person people to these raids (like notification system or messaging), so how exactly are these raids supposed to work?I’ve now wasted two Remote Raid passes today because of ppl on PokeGenie hosting raids with only 5-6 ppl and then seeing that ppl bail at the very last second if its only 6-7 in the lobby and their not certain of a win. 1 of my 3 remote raids today was lucky enough to have 10+. How is that logical at all?Like what is Niatics logic here?
