"What changes woud you guys make to the current type chart?"

Obviously there is a great deal of inequality between types, and poor ice, bug and rock types are forced to eat the scraps of the more powerful steel, fairy or water. To balance it more I'd make the following changes: - Ice: It's not a secret that ice is too much of a glass cannon to be used properly, so here are some changes I'd make to balance it:- Ice resists water. Yeah, ice cubes melt when you leave them in a glass of water, but water freezes if left in the cold and so on and so on. Since, essentially the one who wins is the one who is in greater measure, I propose in similar fashion to bug and fighting, ice resists water and water resists ice. A resistance to such a good type should give ice some niche. - Ice resists flying. I think birds aren't as vulnerable to direct ice attacks as much as to low temperatures. Therefore, it would make sense that flying would be weak to trying to attack something that projects a cold aura- Ice resists steel. Steel machinery usually malfunctions under very low temperatures, and ice can crack steel and make it breakable.- Bug: - Bug resists and is super-effective against fairy: Everyone is asking this, but since plagues can decimate forests, bug should be super-effective against fairy. This would not only make bug a more desirable type but would also nerf the fair folk. - Bug resists psychic and darkThis still doesn't make bug that great of a type but I'd say it does make it more useful- Posion: Posion types really were blessed with the fairy type but there is still one other thing they should be super-effective against- Posion is super-effective against water.
