"So why is Inteleon's design so weird compared to the other eeveelutions?"

Like I get that gen 8 was trying to be a little more out-of-the-box with their designs but I just don't get this one. The name makes no sense for a water type, and the fact it's a lizard makes no sense because it's pre-evo is eevee. What were they thinking with this? via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/jdbc6OH
