"Two months of Eevee paradise - Frequency analysis pre- and post-Halloween"

#PokemonGO: I have taken a snapshot of my Pokédex "caught" values right after the Halloween event and again today, in order to compare the frequency of species in my area. So diversity may have actually improved.All of this comes with two big warnings:322 eggs are included in the "caught" total (sample size = 5296, so it's 6%), therefore the higher diversity may be due to more incubators bought after Halloween than before.I sometimes track down useful species (Eevee, Jigglypuff) and ignore useless species (Spearow and to a lesser extent Krabby, Rattata, Venonat, Zubat, Mr. Mime, Poliwag) so this behavior can have skewed the data, although in roughly equal proportion before and after Halloween.Final note on "Eevee paradise": my 23 random Eeveelutions have become 11 Vaporeon, 7 Jolteon, 5 Flareon, so slightly luckier than average but still within statistical variation (anyway I only got 2 Hydro Pump Vaporeon and not with best IVs). via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2j8S95c
