"Simple design: Half of the 56 fully-evolved Pokémon in Red/Blue/Yellow increase every base stat by the same number when they evolve."

I was looking at the base stats list for Red/Blue/Yellow and noticed how many Pokémon increase every base stat by the same number when they evolve. For instance, all of Raticate's base stats are 25 higher than Rattata's base stats. This number is usually 25, but it can vary. Here's a list:35: Golbat30: Golduck, Starmie25: Raticate, Arbok, Sandlash, Clefable, Ninetales, Wigglytuff, Dugtrio, Persian, Primeape, Dodrio, Muk, Hypno, Kingler, Weezing, Seadra20: Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pidgeot, Nidoqueen, Nidoking15: Alakazam, Victreebel, Rapidash, Gengar via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2tu8Z3H
