"Mimikyu is Tangela"

Here are my reasons for why I believe Mimikyu is tangela 1. they both do not show their true appearance while Tangela hides its appearance with vines, Mimikyu has chosen to hide its appearance with a bedsheet 2. Tangela does not appear in pokemon sun and moon but does appear in previous generations and combine that with the fact that some pokemon from previous generations not only experience a change in form but also a change in type 3. although this one is a long shot Tangela has been around since generation 1 so over 20 years and I could be wrong but I don't remember tangela ever being a really popular pokemon not hated but not popular or at least not as popular as pikachu which mimikyu has chosen to mimic. Bit of an afterthought Tangela could have experienced a mutation that prevented it from growing vines in the alola region resulting in it having to use a bed a bed sheet to hide it appearance. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2MisENc
