"The Pokémon you thought would be great but wasn't.."

There are a few Pokémon in history that we felt should've been stronger than it really was. For example, Zoaroak. It was hyped up to be that one Pokémon in it's generation that was gonna be top tier for Pokémon that weren't legendaries or high level pseudo's. Not saying it was the worst Pokémon in it's generation, but it didn't live up to the hype. Kind of like a sports bust. For me that Pokémon was Electivire. One of my favorite Pokémon, in my Top 3 Favorites for sure and for some time it was my favorite Pokémon. Looking at it's design and the hype it had, you'd think it was an OU Pokémon or a high level UU Pokémon at least. But nah, for a bit it was but it wore out.
