"Legendaries are probably not capturable until master balls are available."

#PokemonGO: Looking at the recently available protobuf schema dump! someone produced, legendaries and mythics pokemon don't have a "base capture rate" contrary to all other ones.This lead me to think that there are in no way capturable in a classic way. They have a base flee rate though, so my best guess is they will be encouterable and only catchable through a master ball. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/29YB0F5
