If you don't want that label then you'll have to start all over. Plus, you'll only get labeled as team rocket if you are notoriously spoofing. 1st offense to the 10th is fine, but if you get caught cheating the 11th time your account is labeled forever. You'll still get to play but you will be on the most hated team in Pokémon Go.
