"Anyone Else Think Jolteon Needs a Buff ? (Or electric types in general)"

#PokemonGO: Jolteon is probably one of my favorite pokemon and it sucks that it is horrible in Pokemon Go. In the main games it was a beast and a clear rival of the other two eveeloutions but in this game that is clearly not the case. It takes only a gust of wind to kill it and it feels as if its not even remotely effective towards the Vaporeon beast or some of the other water types.I also feel as if this is the case with all the other electric types. Its really a shame that no one can use them effectively in battle without having to spam dodge every 0.1 seconds.
