"PSA: Pokestop timer has been fixed"

#PokemonGO: Before the big update, Pokestops would turn blue about 30 seconds before you could actually spin them again. However, since the update, I have been noticing that as soon as they turn fully blue again, you can spin without having to wait.Can anyone confirm this? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2aGtIrA
