"Individual Value effectiveness boost around level 30?"

#PokemonGO: In another thread I was talking about IV and how it would effect CP more at a greater level. Also there is an interesting point at around level 30 where you can have a huge difference in level but the same CP. This is because of the 50% effectiveness of leveling after 30. This graph explains it better. You can't get a 0% Dragonite as far as I know, but it's just to show the change. So a level 30 100% IV will have the same CP as a level 38.5 0% IV which is 17 power-ups difference. While at a lower level like 10 there will only be 1 power-up difference between a 100% IV and a 0% IVThat being said there isn't really all that much difference between a 90% IV and a 100%, just thought this was interesting :) via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2bYw9nQ
