"Niantic has an excellent opportunity to introduce actual Pokemon training because of Bubblestrat"

#PokemonGO: Niantic will probably "re-balance" the game soon to eliminate bubblestrat, and what they will probably do is change the way prestige gain is scaled.But what if, when your Pokemon wins a battle, it raises it's cp? even if it's by 1, this would eliminate bubblestrat by making your training Pokemon too strong after a couple battles and also it lets us actually train up Pokemon through battling. They're already introducing a buddy system to let us essentially train Pokemon through walking with them, this would be more traditional and also eliminate an exploit.
