"Seriously, how do you guys deal with spoofers?"

#PokemonGO: It's spoofing hell here on my city, if you leave a gym empty for more than 3 seconds, some random guy comes from nowhere and take it from you. There are some spoofers that stand out from others since they apparently restrict themselves to a single neighbourhood, and they have some obvious double accounts like "MikeBoy" and "MikeBoyy". I have reported them a bazillion times and they keep coming back like nothing ever happened!!So, how do you guys handle your spoofers?
