"The new update made quick moves a LOT quicker"

#PokemonGO: I'm currently using the downloaded apk version 0.39.0, and it looks like gym combat has been revamped quite a bit.There's much more of a lag when you select a gym and when you start gym combat, which makes me think that more information is being sent/received prior to gym combat than before.The biggest difference I've noticed is that some quick attacks are MUCH quicker than before. I used to only be able to get 2-4 water guns or 3-4 bug bites in between dodges, but now I can get up to 5-7 attacks in between dodges! Bubble still seems as slow as ever.Attacks also seem to be "queued" for longer. I've spammed quick attacks at the end of the battle, and after the enemy Pokémon goes down, at the beginning of the next battle my Pokémon fires off another quick attack, even though I haven't tapped the screen for a couple of seconds while I was waiting for the "GO" animation to disappear.If this behavior is consistent on other people's phones, we may need to recalculate DPS'... via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2d7g1ml
