"Halloween Pokemon spawn rate decreased?"

#PokemonGO: It is just me or has there been a significant decrease in the Halloween Pokemon spawns as of today (Oct 27th). I am suddenly seeing a lot of Rattatas and Pidgeys again and fewer Gastly. I'm a suburbanite so 90% of the pokemon I see are Rattatas Pidgeys and Weedles. When the Halloween event started it went to 90% Halloween spawns and now it seems to be about a 50/50 split.
