#PokemonGO: In case anyone is having Plus issues and missed it, if you go to the support page right now there is a message:"Trainers may experience issues with Pokémon GO Plus. We're aware and are working on a fix. Stand by for an update."So at least they know there is an issue. Hoping for a speedy resolution!(thanks to u/danizwam for posting)UPDATE: It seems to be working for me at the moment - it just attempted five catches.
