#PokemonGO: I am going to try and keep this short and sweet.I am done with this game.There is no reason I can think of where gps drifting a couple of blocks even remotely targets the gps spoofing problem. Particularly when spoofing offers a more stable GPS reading than any of us will ever maintain.I've been aware of this since ingress. I've kept going through cheaters simply remaking accounts and never really stopping their harassment of other players. It's simply apart of life and I can still enjoy myself by only engaging rivals I know are legitimate or personally challenging.Softbans on the other-hand have absolutely no purpose, at least from my perspective, other than to punish legitimate players.Which kind of plays into that whole theory that they are deliberately souring the experience for people to reduce their user base to something they can manage. Which more than likely is going to result in a majority of cautious spoofer, because anyone that's actually tried playing properly has just about given up by now.In closing, I have a lot of tolerence for bugs and bullshit in games. I field tested PokemonGo and I beta test a lot of games while contributing feedback. Never before have I felt like the user base has been more ignored than for this game.And so I dust my hands of it. I am not coming back as long as softbans exist. I am not helping anymore players. Nor will I recommend anyone put themselves through this bullshit for whatever minimal nostalgia they are chasing.
