I was honestly really worried that GF would butcher Hawaiian culture when I saw the region's reveal. After seeing more trailers, I realize that they actually did their research and are getting a lot of things right. Even though it's not a perfect representation (it's not meant to be after all), I have to say Game Freak did a really good job with the Alola region. Although I do still think it's pretty corny that they replaced "Aloha" with "Alola" (that's like people from Hawaii using "Hawaii!" as a greeting), Sun and Moon look like they will be my favorite Pokémon games, and definitely the most important to me. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2fb7Svf
