"[Complaint] Going from training up gyms for coins/dust to tearing down gyms for XP."

#PokemonGO: Given how the recent changes have affected the game, my gym strategy has changed as well and gotten stale for me as well. Before, I put in time and resources and found gyms and trained them up. Even tried to maintain gyms I was currently in and it was quick and easy but none were impossible to take down. Fast forward to the present; Pokestops are speed locked so resources are lower, you earn less XP for the same amount of work and resources when training, the pick 6 team is time consuming and no preset class to remember and gyms can be torn down in half the time now. I tried to keep training up gyms and putting effort in but I just ran out of resources and used up the time I had for the day to play.My goal now is to tear down high level enemy gyms for the XP. It is less resources and time and at the end I can toss a low level Pokémon in since a 400 Pidgey and 2500 Snorlax will last the same amount of time being the only defender. Even then, there are better ways for XP but as far as gyms go this is the only viable option left. Do people still train up gyms or just tear them down now? via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2eJmKVk
