"CPs Balanced! Submit the CP changes here. I'll try to keep it updated!"

#PokemonGO: So looks like a huge balancing update to the CP of Pokémon has been made. This change is only applying when the Pokémon are powered up. That's what it looks like as of now. Restarting the app resets it. If you haven't then power up and let us know about the remaining Pokémon!Thought that we might have a list ready of which ones were nerfed and which buffed. Here's the list (Concentrating only on the final evolutions, for now. Need help with the base forms!)Nerfed : Nidoran (m), Nidorino, Nidoking, Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume, Bellsprout, Weepinbell, Victreebell, Growlithe, Arcanine, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Pidgeot, Golduck, Dewgong, Poliwag, Poliwhirl, Poliwrath, Koffing, Weezing, Slowbro, Golbat, Porygon, Lickitung, Nidoran (f), Nidorina, Nidoqueen, Persian, Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Vulpix, Ninetales, Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venasaur, Paras, Parasect, Exeggcutor, Farfetch'd, Clefable, Drowzee, Hypno, Pikachu, Raichu, Eevee, Magikarp, Venonat, Ekans, Weedle, Pidgey, Caterpie, Clefairy, Grimer, Charmander, Charmeleon, Dratini, Dragonair, Ponyta, Mankey, Staryu,Buffed : Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Gyrados, Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Electabuzz, Tangela, Butterfree, Snorlax, Muk, Omastar, Krabby, Kingler, Geodude, Graveler, Golem, Machamp, Jynx, Magnemite, Magneton, Pinsir, Mr. Mime, Shellder, Cloyster, Starmie, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Seadra, Scyther, Raticate, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Chansey, Aerodactyl, Beedrill, Cloyster, Tauros, Charizard, Arbok, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Magmar, Primeape, Voltorb, Electrode, Omastar, Kabuto, Kabutops, Rapidash, Doduo, Dodrio, Dugtrio, Dragonite (small buff!), Muk, Fearow, Onix, Tentacool, Tentacruel, Marowak, Venomoth, KangaskhanNeeds Confirmation : Omanyte, Machop, Machamp, Kakuna, Metapod, Diglett, Spearow, Pidgeotto, Magnemite, Rattata, Horsea, Exeggcute, Meowth, Cubone, Zubat, Seel, PsyduckNo change : Lapras (hah)(I'm guessing No change to be small additions in the range of 1 to 2 digit numbers on powering up. While the Buffed ones are the ones which gain 3 digits. The Nerfed ones lose CP on powering up.)Speculation alert: Looks like higher IVs have higher buff values. No way to confirm. (Grains of salt.
