#PokemonGO: I've just seen a gym with a level 27 player having a 2310 CP vaporeon. It just so happens that I'm also level 27 and I have a 100% vaporeon which has CP of 2293. I verified with two different IV calculators and both confirmed my vaporeon has 100% IV.How is it possible that this player has a mon with stats above his level?Edit: my Vap is powered up to max via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2fNPLPG
