"Moves like Twister and Water Pulse could use some reduced move duration"
#PokemonGO: They are absolute garbage because they have such long duration. Water Pulse only 13% faster than Hydro Pump while having less than 40% of the damage.I know some move has to be better than the rest, but buffing moves with multiple bars (4-5) by reducing the duration will make these Pokemons usable.
