"The Perfect Way to Introduce Gen 2"

#PokemonGO: Instead of unleashing all species of Pokemon into the wild in one go, Niantic should do a small lead up into the release. Here's what I think would be a pretty great way to introduce second generation Pokemon.About a week before release of the other 2nd gen, when a player logs in during that week they should receive a mystery egg. With a prompt from Professor Willow stating that the contents are unknown and more investigation will need to be done. The player should then have to find a gym that is held by their team (or take the gym). After the gym is held with their team, another prompt on the main gym menu should appear where one can speak to their team leader and find out more about the 'mystery egg'.The gym leader then suggests walking it for X amount of kilometers in order to get it to hatch.Once one has reached that walking distance, the egg should hatch into Togepi.I think it'd be great to have an exclusive that those who are active players will get, in reward for their dedication. Everyone tends to want everything for free, but in reality having a unique Pokemon for a limited time is still as realistic to get as it is to get region locked Pokemon. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2gadtVG
