The Rotomdex has something to say just about every time something happens during the main game. It made him stand out as an entertaining addition to the story, at least.But once you've defeated the Champion, Rotom is trapped in a short list of predetermined messages for the entirety of the postgame, reciting one whenever you boot the game up.
