The Sylveon is owned by a little girl who said it previously belonged to her grandmother, who died in the past year.The Sylveon's level? 54.Gamefreak even accounted for the fact that while all of the other trainers are alive and well and are able to continue training their Pokemon, the owner of the Sylveon had died and left her Pokemon to her granddaughter, who is too young to train it properly, causing it to be one level lower than the rest.Well done, Gamefreak.
