"[ask] How do you find local team-mates?"

#PokemonGO: I live in an urban area and am on team instinct. My area has very few instinct-run gyms, but every few weeks there's an obvious raid and the same 5-6 players take over every gym within eyesight. How do I find these players?! I've tried looking for local facebook pages, insta hashtags, searching here and google... no dice. Is here a secret or am I doomed to be #foreveralone ?
