"Ditto sparkles when Monsters don't load all the way"

#PokemonGO: When the app doesn't load all the way and the screen just shows empty circles where the monsters should be - ditto sparkles! Went to the mall with a friend and her app only loaded the circles but mine was fine. Her screen showed like 6 blank circles and one sparkly circle and we both thought it might mean ditto since the correlating monster on my screen was a pidgey and sure enough it was.
