"Going over the speed limit gives credit! Confirmed"

#PokemonGO: So I read some reddit user's post saying that if we open the game and:1) Go to your incubated eggs 2) Click the home button(let the app run in the background) 3) And drive Then (the post said) going over the speed limit would give credit for the distance too, and I thought to confirm it. So yesterday I did the same steps mentioned above while I was in a rural area having no traffic... I tried to drive at the speed of 60km/h for 20 minutes. (The road was mostly straight) now when opened my PoGo app(which was still running b'coz my phone was awake) it was showing 6km on my 10k eggs.Note: Right before starting driving I started incubating eggsI didn't lock my phone while I was driving. Now I tried to do the same with my phone locked. So I opened the app, went to the incubators, pressed home button, locked my phone. I drived for 10 minutes and when unlocked my phone PoGo was reloading and there was 'new' increase in the distance of the eggs.I tried this a couple more time with different phone 1) iPhone 2) A Samsung galaxy s6 3) another android phone of some local company. The distance varied (a little) across the devises but if can be because of the fact that the car's speed wasn't constant(though I tried my best). via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2ihxkS1
