#PokemonGO: Looks like Apple are about to experience Niantic's fear. A couple are suing Apple for not implementing speed limits, supposedly in the original patent, that would have prevented a driver from Facetiming while driving which caused an accident that killed their 5yo daughter.Niantic will most probably be watching this case with great interest to see if they can be held liable for irresponsible behaviour whilst using apps.Link to story - http://ift.tt/2iILNFp via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2iJFbKT
