The Pokémon’s ability would activate when you get your first (new) candy by walking your buddy Pokémon. * This would make more Pokémons worthwhile buddies, and make for a better gameplay overall.Examples:Pickup (Meowth etc.) + 50 % chance to receive 1 additional item when spinning a pokemonstop.Brawler (Fighting types etc.) 20 % bonus prestige when training gyms.Compound eyes (Venonath etc.) expose disguised pokemon (ditto)Caretaker (Chansey) Heal all your Pokémon by 10 hp for every kilometer walked.Magnetic pull (Magnemite etc.) decrease wild pokemons flee rate.Sweet scent (Oddish etc.) Lure grass/bugg types Pokémon.
