#PokemonGO: tl;dr - Wasted 5 lures, an Incense, and a lucky egg. Contacted Customer Service. Got hooked up.Long version:Sent this email though Ninantic's webform:On 12/27, around 7pm, I had a plan.I live in a small, rural community with few Pokestops, few spawns, few gyms, and lots of frustrations. All that aside, I really like the game. I've managed to gather all but two of the available Pokémon (Elekid and Togenic, currently walking my Togepi and desperately hoping to hatch a second soon... not including the regionals, since my private jet is in the shop and all... ;). I was at Level 32, very close to Level 33.I'd been needing to do some Lucky Egg mass evolutions, but I was hoping to get to "the big city" first. It's about an hour's drive away and there are Pokestops on every corner... so amazing.I did this once before where I sat between multiple stops, put Lures on each stop, popped an Incense, then popped a lucky egg, doing as many evolutions as I could while using my Pokémon Go Plus (that I waited outside GameStop for over 12 hours for on release day) to try and get anything that spawned and spin the stops, all for that precious XP.Today, after a crazy holiday season, I finally made arrangements to go to "the big city". Checked with a local Pokémon group on Facebook and found a location where you can hit five stops from one place (my entire community only has 14 stops, one of which is literally located in the middle of a field for seemingly no reason... and here's five stops together... ugh!). Drove over there, lured all five stops, popped my incense, popped a lucky egg, then started running everything! It went great for about five mins... until the app locked up, Had to restart. But, then, I couldn't get signed into my account. I kept refreshing, reloading, rebooting... finally, I got in... with about five mins left on my lucky egg (and everything else). But even then, I couldn't get my PoGo+ to reconnect. I tried everything. Rebooting the tablet, clearing the device, refresh, reconnect... finally got it to reconnect about 30 mins later. Long gone from all that sweet XP I was hoping to earn.Anyway, tl:dr- I essentially lost five lures, one incense, and one lucky egg due to software issues beyond my control. I know it's only about 600 coins worth - and to those who are fortunate to collect 10 gyms daily, it's scrap coins... but is there any chance I can get these items returned to my account? Too early, it seems, as about five mins after that, I received a second reply that they needed more information about my account (my email I use isn't the email associated with my account).
