#PokemonGO: With the recent update to gym prestige gyms have change constantly in my area. A local trainer at Level 36 took the time to train a gym solo all the way up to level 8.Best part is that he didn't train it with bubble strat, He used a CP 3000 Gyarados. I believe that this is the best way to hold gyms and be a great team player. training a gym up to level 5 or 6 would greatly help your pokemon hold the gym for longer period of time. Holding a high level gym with a single pokemon would not allow for the enemy team to take it down very much. Each time the enemy would attack it would only take down 2000 prestige.
